A POUND CLEARS A LANDMINE

Across the world lives continue to be destroyed by landmines in areas of former conflict. Children often mistake old munitions for toys. And of course many mines simply remain unseen, buried underground.

Mines Advisory Group is a humanitarian organisation dedicated to finding, clearing and destroying landmines. They also provide crucial education programmes - particularly for children - that help people to live in safety before land is cleared.

To date, MAG have helped over 20 million people in over 70 countries. But, of course, they depend on donations.
