I build creative cultures and transform commercial outcomes. I've run global network offices, founded my own shops, grown clients' fortunes and won all the creative awards you’d expect.

I've lived and led in the UK, Australia, the US and Germany. I've built agency visions, grown client lists and increased bottom lines, with world-class brands like Nike, Samsung, Allianz, BMW, PayPal, Guinness, Bosch, Virgin and Roche.

My focus is helping your brand to make a welcome appearance on people's radars. Inspiring with creativity that invites people in. And making waves in culture that travel far beyond media spend.

I can work independently, having launched two successful agencies from zero. But I'm at my best leading a crew of talented people; mentoring, challenging and inspiring them to explore beyond what they thought possible. (Think 'Dead Poets Society' over 'Whiplash'.)

Originally a bio-scientist, I’m fluent in med-speak. I’ve run global healthcare brands such as Bayer, Roche, Convatec, GSK and Alcon, in diverse treatment areas including women's health, diabetes, oncology, wound therapy, vision care and auto-immune diseases.

My side hustle is building a tech platform in association with some seriously heavyweight tech partners - with £millions raised in PE funding - dedicated to keeping your memories alive forever.

• Grew commercial and creative opportunities across the European client portfolio, winning pitches for Bosch, Siemens, Flixbus. Alcon, Kaspersky, Roche, OSRAM, Fritz-Kola, Samsung and more.

• Set creative standards across Europe from UK and German centres of excellence.

• Directed agency-wide AI implementation in creative execution and production.

• Orchestrated creative transformation of German office, evolving from business consultancy to award-winning integrated shop.

• Co-founded Iris’s Customer Marketing Practice, building a business on data-driven creativity,

• Led and grew the network’s global healthcare portfolio - both for D2C and HCP clients - in topics ranging from women’s health and oncology to eye care, diabetes and wound therapy.

• Led Omnicom’s flagship Customer Marketing agency to its then most awarded years.

• Built and scaled a 60+ person, digitally native creative team, winning pitches for Virgin Media, Barclays, Barclaycard, GSK, Nestlé, Guide Dogs and more.

• Launched ‘The Newsroom’, an in-agency, real-time content studio and pivoted agency output toward integrated, social-first storytelling.

• Championed and grew the global network’s portfolio of healthcare brands including GSK, DePuy, TENA and J&J.
